13 harsh truths to accept that will make you a strong person

Sometimes in our lives things happen which are impossible for us to rectify. Radical acceptance is the full acceptance of real life events beyond my control. But the fact does not mean that the situation hasn't been painful for anyone to accept. You are allowed to feel any of your emotions however you want and you have to accept this fact so that the situation does not become so serious that you cannot move forward. Praying radical acceptance is said to be helpful in reducing feelings of shame, guilt or anxiousness.

It is possible there will never be success in this life without a definite and unchanging acceptance of life. It's impossible for us to get it. Some parts are amazing and unpredictable, as life can get unpredictable too. All changes happen and there are certainly things that can change your life forever. It must be a habitual practice of acceptance that all of our experiences will eventually be accepted.

There is no perfect moment

There is no such thing as a perfect moment; God alone is perfect. If you believe that someone is content and satisfied with their life, you are mistaken. Even the happiest people experience difficulties in their daily lives. At some point, accepting this will enable you to be content with whatever you now own.

Past cannot be controlled

What's gone is gone, and the past is the past. People frequently grieve over their pasts and find it difficult to move on from them because they are always reflecting on how they may have changed things for the better. Practically everyone makes this mistake. However, a person who is still mired in their past can never succeed.

Words has power to hurt

A cruel statement can damage another person's life. Words have the power to both heal and do harm. Instead of crushing people's hearts with your remarks, inspire them. People refer to someone who verbally abuses others as "He speaks poison."

Failure hurts us mentally

While failure damages our minds, victory touches our emotions. At our best and lowest points, our character is revealed. At your highest point, be modest, and at your lowest, be loyal.

Our assumptions about happiness

What makes us joyful should be our guiding principle for what delights us. Let go of unfulfilled hopes and be satisfied with what you have. The person who lives their happiness readily succeeds.

Devices kills’ social interaction

People no longer converse with the person sitting next to them; instead, they are observed with their heads buried in their phones. Talk to others instead of using your phone when at a gathering since there are many individuals who can give you advice better than a mobile phone.

We judge ourselves more than others do

Have you ever started pointing out your own flaws while standing in front of a mirror? That is what most people do. People in today's culture are quick to criticize others, and the majority of people refer to this behavior as envy. What would happen if you kept judging yourself and other people? Be content with who you are and stop critiquing yourself.

What you give cannot be compensated

Don't expect someone to reciprocate a favor you gave them since that is not how the world actually works. Giving someone a favor and then waiting for them to return it is wrong. No one can take care of you better than you can take care of yourself; therefore it's a waste of time and effort to wait for them to compensate the favor.

No one owes you anything

Quit placing blame on other people. Don’t demand anything from anyone. You'll just make others hate you if you start blaming them, and eventually the guilt will consume you as well.

Death is a reality

Death is a reality that the majority of people find difficult to comprehend. Every living thing in this earth must pass away. Accepting death will also encourage you to enjoy your life to the fullest with what you have. Therefore, start living your life with a purpose rather than hurting people and shattering hearts.

We are responsible for your own problems

Instead of placing the blame elsewhere, start recognizing your own fault. If you begin to blame yourself for the mistake, you will initially feel terrible, but soon it will make you feel better. Don't let your conscience hurt you.

Comfort is the worst addiction

Drugs and people both have the potential to cause addiction in humans. Finding comfort in another person is nice, but being addicted on that solace will definitely wind up hurting you in the end. Additionally, getting things done takes longer when you're comfortable.

Justice is human invention

Humans have invented justice. People usually do what they want to, therefore if they desire, they will give you justice; if not, they won't give you justice. Finding justice won't help you, in actuality. Instead of seeking retribution, forget what has been done and go on.

Hating breaks promises

You always have a tendency to grant someone's wishes when you are interested in them. But if you start to hate them, you'll strive to forget all of their requests. You too might be the victim of this. Don't let people despise you, and refrain from even promising anything to them.

Better to ditch toxic relationships

Relationships help you feel complete, but when a relationship becomes unhealthy, it's best to cut ties with that person. There are many different types of toxic relationships, including ones between friends and between kids and parents.

Good never comes easily

Sitting on a chair and waiting for your dream to come true will never work. Good is never handed to you effortlessly; it demands effort. All of the people who are successful today had to overcome enormous obstacles in order to succeed in their life.

Not everyone supports you

Everybody has both allies and foes, just like everyone has supporters. Keep in mind that not everyone will be pleased with your accomplishments, which is why it is advised to "Keep your ambitions to yourself." It is best to keep your dreams to yourself than to tell others so they might try to trick you.
