1. Always moisturize your

get at least 7 hours of sleep each night!
4. Drink a lot of water. In order to keep healthy throughout the winter months, it's crucial to stay hydrated. By preventing dry skin and chapped lips, water helps keep your skin looking healthy and supple. 5. Shield your skin from windstorms and windburn. Your skin may become damaged from exposure to wind and cold, making you more susceptible to illnesses like frostbite and hypothermia. Wearing protective apparel, such as hats and scarves, is essential if you want to stay warm and minimize exposure to the weather. If you must venture outside during inclement weather, you should wear sunscreen that offers at least SPF 15 protection from the sun's damaging rays. While you are out, keep in mind to protect your hands, feet, and face to avoid injury that might later cause major issues.
6. Apply a moisturizer. Your skin may feel dry and cracked from the
winter's dry air, which might result in painful blisters and skin infections.
